• NO SURPRISES. Before your project begins you will be introduced to your project team at a pre-construction meeting to review all aspects of your project. A production calendar will be provided that includes a start/end date with all stages of the project in between. Payments, material selection and their required delivery dates are also included. This calendar will be updated weekly to keep the client informed on the progress of their project. If there is the need for any additional work orders they will be priced and agreed upon prior to start.

• A TEAM DEDICATED TO THE SUCCESS OF YOUR PROJECT. Each project has the same designer, project manager, site supervisor and support workers from start to completion. All staff are screened with background checks, attend yearly training seminars and are hand-picked based upon their building knowledge and ability to establish a trusting relationship with the homeowner.
